Terms of service

Minimum age 22 years
Group B driving licence up to 3.5t (valid for min. 2 years, at least 2 years driving experience)
Two valid identity documents (ID card, driving licence) must be presented at the time of rental
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle
The vehicle may only be driven by the renter or another driver who is specified in the rental contract. Should someone else drive the car, the renter is liable for any damage caused.
The lessor reserves the right to track the vehicle using the built-in GPS.
The rental includes camping furniture, utensils, clean sheets, towels, etc.

The vehicle is handed over and returned at Vila Nova de Gaia on Rua Mariz (exact address to be specified)
The vehicle will be returned in the same condition in which it was handed over
The hirer takes delivery of the car with a full tank of diesel, and returns the car with a full tank
On return, the hirer must empty the grey water and empty the toilet
The rental fee includes cleaning, service and maintenance fee, gas cylinder refill, full tank of water, toilet chemicals
The car will be handed over to the hirer on the first day of hire in the morning (time by arrangement from 8 am) and returned on the last day of hire by 6 pm

After booking a date via the website, the renter will receive an email with a preview of the rental agreement along with an invoice for the reservation fee
The reservation is binding after payment of the reservation fee of 30% of the total rental amount
The booking fee must be paid within 7 days of receipt of the invoice by email
The balance of the rental fee is payable at least 14 days before departure

Refundable deposit of CZK 20,000 - can be paid in cash or in cash (in cash to the account of the lessor no later than 1 working day before taking over the rental vehicle; in cash no later than at the time of taking over the rental vehicle)

In the event of extreme soiling, even on the exterior of the vehicle (oil, mud, stuck gum, paint, asphalt, urine, alcohol, sand, glue, etc.) up to CZK 5,000
If the interior is not cleaned CZK 1,000
For loss of ignition keys CZK 10,000
For loss of keys to the caravan bodywork CZK 4,000
For alterations to the rental property and accessories without prior consent to the rental property CZK 5,000
For loss of car documents CZK 4,000
Damage to the retractable awning, equipment, parking camera, etc. according to the quantification of the actual damage

Cancellation more than 40 days before departure - free of charge
Cancellation 39 - 22 days before departure 50% of the deposit paid
Cancellation 21 - 15 days before departure fee equal to the deposit paid (i.e. 30% of the rental amount)
Less than 14 days - 100% of the rental amount or by agreement
